This form is for any Berneslai Homes tenant or leaseholder who would like to apply for a position on any of the tenant influencer vacancies.

We’ve got a range of new involvement opportunities for tenants and leaseholders. They are voluntary tenant influencer roles. No experience needed just your voice, your ideas, and your lived experience.

Tenant Voice Panel (TVP)
This panel helps shape services, review policies, and makes sure tenant voices are heard loud and clear, by providing assurance and challenge.
Tenant Influence Panels (3 themed panels)

We’re looking for tenants and leaseholders to sit on the groups below:
Tenant Voice Panel (TVP)
This panel helps shape services, review policies, and makes sure tenant voices are heard loud and clear, by providing assurance and challenge.
- There are 12 positions in total
- Meets every 2 months (6 times a year)
- In person or online
Tenant Influence Panels (3 themed panels)
The three new panels focus on:
- Homes: Building safety, damp and mould, and the repairs service
- Customer services: Complaints, communication, and service standards
- Neighbourhoods: Estate walkabouts, anti-social behaviour, and environmental issues
- There are 24 positions total (8 per panel)
- Meets quarterly
- In person or online
