Who is this form for?

Please use this form if you want to change your joint tenancy into a single tenancy. We do not always agree to change a joint tenancy to a single tenancy, but we will consider your request sensitively.

Please note that the tenant wishing to move out of the property will also have to complete a form to end their tenancy. This form can be found here.
