Who is this form for?

Please complete this form if you are a Berneslai Homes tenant and would like to carry out any improvements or alterations to your home. You must not start any improvement work until you have received written permission from us.

You need to make sure that the work you want to carry out complies with building regulations and planning requirements. Visit the Government Planning Portal to check if you need building or planning permission for your improvement.

Once we have received all the information that we need from you, we will aim to provide you with a decision within 5 working days. This may take longer if we need to carry out an inspection. If we can’t make a decision by this time we will contact you and tell you why there is a delay.
