Latest revision date: April 2023
Revision due date: April 2025

Who is this form for?

Use this form if you are ending the tenancy on behalf of a tenant who has died and the property will be empty. If you want to tell us that a joint tenant has died or the tenant has died and you want to take over the tenancy use this Application to Succeed form

Please note that we normally advertise vacancies before the keys are handed in. We don't include the property number in the advert and we would never ask a prospective new tenant the view the property.

Protecting your personal data

What happens once I have given notice?

When you give us notice, we will do the following:

• Contact you to arrange to inspect the property to ensure that it is left in a good condition; and
• when and where you have to hand the keys in.

Extending or cancelling your notice

If we allow you permission to extend or cancel your tenancy termination, your gas and electric may have already switched over to our preferred supplier for which you would be responsible for.

Please note this form only gives you one hour to complete, if you need more time simply click on the ‘SAVE FORM’ button at the end of this form.
